These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ItsWineTime Ltd's Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Its Wine Time's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: , "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. , "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Age of consent

It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons less than 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. For more information please visit

We will validate name, address, age and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made.

Returns and cancellations

You may cancel your any order for any reason up to the moment it has left the premises for delivery. Once the goods have been received you are then able to go through the returns process. A refund can be requested within 21 days of receiving the products. The price you paid for the Products will be reimbursed. However, please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. A full refund will occur if only one bottle from the case is opened and the rest remain intact and unused. A collection will be arranged using our carriers. A charge of £6 for collection will be deducted from the refund. Refunds can only be made to the credit or debit originally charged. Please contact us directly before making a return.


Claims for non-delivery must be made within 21 days of your order date.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for events that are beyond our control (a Force Majeure Event), including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, flood, fire or other natural disaster or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an event beyond our control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under the Contract, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.

You may cancel a Contract affected by a Force Majeure Event which has continued for 30 days. Please contact us should you wish to exercise this right. You will have to return any relevant Products that you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid.

Minimum Order

The minimum order of goods is at least 6 bottles. There are no exceptions to this.

Order Acceptance

Orders are deemed to be accepted once checked and processed by ourselves.

Retention of Ownership

All goods remain the property of until payment is received in full. conforms to the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, the Data Protection Act, The Trade Descriptions Act. Transactions, unless otherwise indicated, will be processed in sterling.

Delivery Options

Standard delivery is charged at £6.95 including VAT except where a surcharge is applied to certain outlying areas. Delivery charge is free on orders of £100.00 or more. Delivery generally takes one to three working days (eg goods ordered by 12.00 noon on Monday will likely be delivered on Tuesday but if ordered after 12.00 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday) Wine is delivered to addresses within the UK only, Northern Ireland is not included. Outlying areas such as the Highlands and Islands will have a surcharge of £6.00. If there is any extra delivery costs deemed as necessary for your order, you will be contacted or informed before being charged. In event of any stock shortfall or other circumstances leading to a delay in delivery beyond 5 working days we will notify you with a delivery forecast and provide an option to cancel. If you're not in, the driver should leave a card to re-arrange a more convenient delivery time. This is a wine delivery therefore it must have proof of signature and cannot be left otherwise. Receipt of Goods

If there is any doubt about the condition of the shipment it should be signed for as "unexamined". Please notify us of any shortages or breakages within 21 days of receipt. Bear in mind that multiple case orders may become separated, but please do not delay reporting any missing beyond 21 days as otherwise we are unable to guarantee credit or replacements.

Availability and Vintage

Wine is a product often affected by changes in availability. Our stock is integrated with our website such as to prevent it offering products which are out of stock. Sometimes, we may offer an advance ordering capability, but this will be clearly indicated. Should we make any errors regarding pricing or availability we will contact you before processing your order. Occasionally we may run out of a particular vintage and reserve the right to substitute the next vintage which may be of equal value.

Pre-order cases

We may invite you to pre-order wines that are currently out of stock, for future delivery. We typically ask you to put down a £10.00 deposit to secure 6 bottles. You can pay your deposit using your registered card. When the wine is on its way, we'll email you to remind you that you've pre-ordered a case - and we'll tell you when it's due and how much balance you owe (which you'll pay when we ship you the wine). If you've changed your mind, you can cancel your order - and we'll give you your £10 deposit back. Our standard returns policy also applies. Please note that when we ship you your case, we cannot add any additional bottles, Delivery charges are standard i.e. free to most UK postcodes if the wine is £100.00 or more.


All prices are inclusive of UK VAT, unless otherwise stated. Our VAT number is GB 279 6200 79. We reserve the right to change our prices. Wine prices are often affected by currency, exchange rates, excise duty changes and transport costs in addition to normal commercial considerations. Prices will be kept as up to date as possible on our website.


All our prices are VAT inclusive. Our online payment process generates a VAT receipt for you showing our VAT number which is GB 279 6200 79.

Other Important Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation but this will not affect your rights and obligations under these Terms. This Contract is between you and us and no other person shall have any rights to enforce any of the terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise. However, if you are a consumer, each of the terms and paragraphs operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
