Standard delivery is charged at £6.50 including VAT except where a surcharge is applied to certain outlying areas. Delivery charge is free on orders of £100.00 or more. Delivery generally takes one to three working days (eg goods ordered by 12.00 noon on Monday will likely be delivered on Tuesday but if ordered after 12.00 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday) Wine is delivered to addresses within the UK only, Northern Ireland is not included. Outlying areas such as the Highlands and Islands will have a surcharge of £6.00. If there is any extra delivery costs deemed as necessary for your order, you will be contacted or informed before being charged. In event of any stock shortfall or other circumstances leading to a delay in delivery beyond 5 working days we will notify you with a delivery forecast and provide an option to cancel. If you're not in, the driver should leave a card to re-arrange a more convenient delivery time. This is a wine delivery therefore it must have proof of signature and cannot be left otherwise. You may cancel your any order for any reason up to the moment it has left the premises for delivery. Once the goods have been received you are then able to go through the returns process . A refund can be requested within 21 days of receiving the products. The price you paid for the Products will be reimbursed. However, please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. A full refund will occur if only one bottle from the case is opened and the rest remain intact and unused. A collection will be arranged using our carriers. A charge of £6.00 for collection will be deducted from the refund. Refunds can only be made to the credit or debit originally charged. Please contact us directly before making a return.
